This Privacy Policy explains how SmartKeepers handles product records, receipt files, backup data, and support contact information.

Information Stored in the App
SmartKeepers helps users store product records, receipt files, and warranty dates. Product records are stored locally on the user's device by default. Receipt files are also stored locally on the user's device by default.
Google Drive Backup & Restore
If the user chooses Google Drive Backup & Restore, backup data is stored in the user's own Google Drive account. Google Sign-In may be used to allow Google Drive Backup & Restore using the user's own Google account.
Backup files may be stored in Google Drive app data storage and may not appear in the normal My Drive file list.
Payments
Google Play Billing handles payment information for SmartKeepers Pro subscription purchases. GBS Tech Solutions does not collect credit card details directly.
Third-Party Services
SmartKeepers may interact with Google services such as Google Sign-In, Google Drive Backup & Restore, and Google Play Billing.
These services are governed by Google's own privacy policies and terms.
SmartKeepers does not sell, rent, or share user data with advertisers.
Information SmartKeepers Does Not Ask For
SmartKeepers does not ask for NRIC, bank card details, SMS, call logs, contacts, microphone, calendar, or location.
Support Contact
If users contact support by email, we may receive the user's email address and any information included in the support message. This information is used only to respond to support requests.
Data Deletion and Local Data Removal
Users can delete product records and receipt files directly within the app where supported.
Users may also remove local SmartKeepers data through Android system settings by clearing app data or uninstalling the application. Removing the app or clearing app data may delete locally stored SmartKeepers records from that device.
If Google Drive Backup & Restore was used, users may manage or delete related backup data from their own Google account or Google Drive settings, depending on how Google stores app data for the user's account.
Children's Privacy
SmartKeepers is intended for general users and is not specifically directed to children under the age required by applicable law.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to This Policy
GBS Tech Solutions may update this Privacy Policy when SmartKeepers features or legal requirements change. The effective date on this page will be updated when changes are made.
